Shipping policy

We ship within the United States. Each towel is printed after you order, then shipped to you by our print partner.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not ship outside the United States.

Printing time

Printing usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery

We offer one shipping method: Standard shipping. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. Delivery times are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout: $8.79 for the first towel and $3.99 for each additional towel. Checkout accepts up to 12 towels per order; for larger orders, please contact us. We do not offer free or express shipping.

Tracking

When your order ships, its tracking details are added to your order, and you can follow it from your order status page.

Orders with more than one towel

Orders with more than one towel may arrive in separate packages.

Delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated on this page, we will contact you with a new estimated ship date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once printing has started.
